Conduct of Lectures on Human Rights Advisory on Strict Observance of Human Rights-Based Policing and Police Operational Procedures and Detention Facility Inspection to Matanog MPS, Barira MPS and Buldon MPS

PCINSP JOAQUIN T AGTARAP, JR., Regional Human Rights Desk Officer (RHRDO) conducted lectures and detention facility inspection to Matanog MPS, Barira MPS and Buldon MPS, Maguindanao PPO from February 1-3, 2017.
The lectures were held at the Conference Rooms of respective MPS wherein the RHRDO integrated in the activity the lectures of Human Rights advisory and strict observance of Human Rights-based policing and Police Operational Procedures. Further, the personnel of Matanog, Barira and Buldon MPS were reminded on the respect for human rights in all police operations.
Likewise, the RHRDO distributed leaflets on Miranda Doctrine and reading materials from CHR 12 and RHRC ARMM and inspected the Matanog, Barira and Buldon Detention Facilities.
